At FLOAT Apparel, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
